Our high-quality machinery includes seven Hermle machining centres and a Mitutoyo measuring machine. One machine is used exclusively for the processing of 'non-clean' metals such as copper and brass. The other machining centres are completely 'clean', all machines including used coolants are AMSL grade 2 compliant.

The advanced automation of part of our machinery makes it possible to run unmanned production 24/7. This allows us to mill series faster and more efficiently, without compromising reliability and precision. This results in significant cost savings for each series.

We have an climate controlled measuring room featuring a Mitutoyo measuring machine (Crysta-Apex C9168 CMM, dimensions: 905 x 1605 x 805).

For the maintenance and calibration of all measuring equipment in the measuring room, the preparation of measurement reports and for inspection, we use HighQA Inspection Manager.
 

To complement our machinery, we use Vero Software VISI CAD for drawing and 3D modeling and for programming our milling work. Our software is suitable for all common file formats (incl. STEP. files).

We use Bemet ERP software. This allows us to fully optimize and monitor our processes, from the first customer contact to delivery and aftercare. It provides real-time visibility of progress, and ensures smooth handling of all orders.

For the maintenance and inspection of the equipment in our air-conditioned measuring room, we use HighQA Inspection Manager.
 

At Frerotech, we offer the possibility to manage inventory according to demand and request. This way we can always deliver quickly, when necessary.

Whenever possible we deliver our product ourselves. In addition, we provide our own, reusable packaging materials to ensure that our products are delivered to their destination in good condition and without damage.
