Frerotech specializes in the manufacture of complex mechanical components. These complex parts are made using our 5-axis machining centres.
Flexible quantities - We supply the production of high-tech mechanical components in prototype, single product or small to medium series.
Treatments - Frerotech also takes care of any surface treatments of products manufactured by us, such as:

• - Anodizing
• - Nickel coating
• - Lacquer
• - Chemical Blackening

In addition, Frerotech can take care of the cleanroom packaging of the products up to ASML grade 2.

Frerotech has a lot of experience in designing, engineering and building moulds for various applications. Think of injection moulds for the plastic industry, but also transfer and compression molds for rubber and silicone products.

Frerotech has particular expertise in the design and construction of thermoform moulds. Our expertise in this area now has a history of more than 20 years. The moulds and trim tools we build are used and appreciated worldwide. These toolsets deliver an output of up to approximately 50,000 products per hour. These are absorbent EPS foam trays that are mainly used in the food packaging industry. Closely related to this are blister moulds that also fit into our product range.

Of course, start-up, maintenance and modifications of these moulds are part of our service.
 

At Frerotech we are capable of producing milling work up to a size of 1200 x 900 x 500mm. We specialize in high-tech components and thermoforming molds, but are certainly also available for other production requests. For example, we have produced various art objects and design pieces in the past.
